This patch will enable the Boss characters on the NEO-GEO Versions.
Plus other modifications on the gameplay.
The patch can be applied to the iso file through the program Delta Patcher 1.0 which can be found in this website.
Improvements in the Neo-Geo version of The King of Fighters’ 99
- Enable Krizalid as selectable character in his two forms.
- Both Krizalid have STRIKER moves.
- You can do the “EMERGENCY EVASION” backwards.(Back+A+B)
- Kyo Kusanagi have 2 new (old) moves:
- 1. →↘↓↙← + A or C
- 2. ←↙← + B or D
