Do you use SevTech: Ages modpack? If so, then you need to know about the advancement in this modpack so that you can progress. When you progress, you will be able to unlock the features, items and blocks, and many more.
Advancement List of SevTech Ages

What is advancement? It is the major form of progression through SevTech: Ages. The task is to guide the player through the game. For your information, some advancements can be obtained regardless of whether or not the Advancement is needed.
In SevTech: Ages mod, the player’s age represents how far they have progressed. Different mobs and items can come up and it depends on which age the player is in.

Now, let’s see the description of each age name above.
- Tutorial Age
This is the first half of the Stone Age. It introduces you to the initial early-game survival in SevTech. Here, there are no ores as they are all hidden. Plant fibers, sticks and rocks are the main resources here. You can find them by destroying grass, leaves and the sticks and stones on the ground. If you want to progress to the next age, the thing that you have to do is to make a Work Stump.
- Stone Age
This is the first Age faced in the game. In this Age, there are no ores as they are all hidden. Plant fibers and rocks are the main resources that you can find here. You are able to find them by destroying grass and the stones on the ground. Stone Age is divided into two parts including a Tutorial segment of Advancement and the normal system of advancements. If you want to progress to the next age, you have to build a Melter from Tinkers’ Complement.
- Bronze Age
It is the second Age that you will face in the game. Two ores can be found here, Copper and Tin. You are able to use them to make the alloy of bronze. If you want to progress to the next age, the thing that you have to do is to transform a Crafting Table into a Luminous Crafting Table.
- Medieval Age

This is the third Age that you will face in the game. In this Age, there are four ores including Gold, Iron, Lapis lazuli and Rock crystal ore. Exploration, Tinkering and Astral Sorcery mod are some of the new tech. If you want to progress to the next age, the thing that you have to do is to craft a Coal Engine.
- Industrial Age
It is the fourth Age that you will face in the game. There are multiple ores which are revealed in this Age. Two of them are Redstone and Platinum. You are able to go to the Nether at this age. And, you will see that electricity generation starts. If you want to progress to the next age, the thing that you must do is to craft a single piece of plastic.
- Modern Age
It is the fifth Age that you will face in the game. There are multiple ores in this Age including Ardite and Cobalt. You are able to use them to make the alloy of Manyullyn. You can go to the End at this age. If you want to progress to the next Age, you must launch a Rocket and land on the Moon. Galacticraft, Pneumaticraft, and Applied Energistics are some of the new tech here.
- Futuristic Age
This is the sixth Age that you can find in the game. You can find some ores here including Emerald and Diamond. Some of the new tech are crafting Creative items which when made will go to Creative Age.
- Creative Age
This is the seventh age which means the last age in SevTech: Ages. If you want to reach this age, the thing that you have to do is to craft an Ultimate Crafting Table from the Extended Crafting mod which will permit you to be able to craft absurdly powerful Creative items which normally will be available in Creative Mode.
About SevTech: Ages
SevTech: Ages is a massive modpack which is packed with content and progression. It focuses on giving the player a long-term progression experience with a goal. This modpack introduces some mechanics which have never been done before. Those are dynamically hidden items and recipes based on progress, hiding ore until unlocked, new mobs appear as you progress further and many more.
The vanilla advancement system is used by this modpack to give a guidance the player along while still permitting an open, sandbox experience. When you progress through a lot of advancements which are custom, unlocking new ages can be done by you which then will show you new mods to work through.
This modpack has a goal to introduce a lot of mods which are not often used while changing some more known mods. This pack also has a lot of custom mods so that as a player, you will get the best experience. You will begin your world without anything. There is no map or HWYLA. You only have a handful of items and recipes. When you progress, you will be able to unlock those features, items and blocks and many more. Here, you have an aim where you have to follow through the advancement system from the stone age all the way into space.
It is important for you to know that you can enjoy every feature in SevTech: Ages in multiplayer as well. The progression point is player based and not server based. What does it mean? It means that you are able to play on a big server and if you begin after others, you will not be left behind. In addition, this pack also gives the mod Together Forever where it permits you to form teams and sync progression.
